Yegna POS is a standalone, self-contained point-of-sale software. It does not collect or store personal data on Yegna POS servers.

This Privacy Policy explains how Yegna POS handles information when you use the Yegna POS software and related website pages.

Yegna POS is designed as standalone, self-contained software. The application does not collect, transmit, or centrally store personal data from your device or business operations.

2. Data We Collect

Yegna POS does not collect personal data from users through the standalone mobile/desktop application.

Yegna POS does not use app analytics, ad trackers, behavioral profiling, or cloud telemetry in the application.

Yegna POS does not require account creation to use the standalone software.

3. Data Storage and Processing

Yegna POS does not operate a central cloud database for standalone software usage.

Any business data you choose to create while using the software remains under your control in your own local environment.

Because Yegna POS does not receive or host your operational data, Yegna POS cannot view, mine, sell, or share it.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

Yegna POS does not sell, rent, or disclose personal information from the standalone application because it does not collect such information.

If we do not possess your data, we cannot disclose it to third parties.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The standalone Yegna POS software does not use cookies.

If you visit the Yegna POS website, limited technical data may be processed by your browser and hosting infrastructure to render pages and maintain security.

Yegna POS does not retain customer personal data from the standalone app because it does not collect it.

Information you provide directly to us (for example through direct email support) is retained only as necessary to respond to your request and to meet legal obligations.
