"Yegna POS" means the standalone point-of-sale software and related website content provided by Yegna POS.
"Customer" means a business or individual using Yegna POS.
"Authorized User" means a person permitted by a Customer to use Yegna POS on its behalf.
Yegna POS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for lawful business operations.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Yegna POS is self-contained standalone software and does not collect or store your app data on Yegna POS infrastructure.
You are solely responsible for your local device setup, backups, access management, and data protection practices in your own environment.
You remain responsible for legal compliance for any personal data processed in your business operations.
If your deployment includes user roles, you are responsible for managing user access and credentials.
You must promptly revoke access for unauthorized or former users.
Where paid plans, licenses, support, or add-ons apply, pricing and billing terms are as communicated by Yegna POS.
Unless required by law or explicitly agreed in writing, paid amounts are non-refundable.
You must not use Yegna POS for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with security controls, distribute malware, or interfere with the software's stability.
You must not use offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content in connection with the software.
All rights, title, and interest in Yegna POS software, branding, and related materials remain with Yegna POS and its licensors.
Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the software.
Yegna POS may release updates, patches, improvements, or feature changes at any time.
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Support availability may vary by plan or support agreement.
Yegna POS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yegna POS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the software.
You agree to indemnify and hold Yegna POS harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the software or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using Yegna POS at any time.
Yegna POS may suspend or terminate access where there is material breach, legal risk, or abuse of the software.
Upon termination, your rights under these Terms end immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ethiopia unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts in Ethiopia, unless another forum is required by law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page with a new effective date.
